Five practices.
One responsibility.
We split our work into five practices — but we don't hand them over individually. Whoever designs the architecture stays responsible for operations. Whoever modernises legacy knows the architecture that comes after.
Architecture & platform design
A viable platform doesn't start with frameworks but with cuts. We analyse domains, identify integration points and design an architecture that can last ten years — and prove it with Architecture Decision Records.
Modernisation
We don't solve legacy through a rewrite, but by cutting. With the strangler pattern, functions move piece by piece into a new platform — operations continue throughout. Every step is reversible.
Project leadership & architecture coaching
Sometimes a project doesn't need more hands but a steady one. We take technical responsibility — as Tech Lead for hire, architecture reviewer, sparring partner for your CTO office.
Managed operations & evolution
We build platforms we'd run ourselves — and often do. With defined SLAs, on-call duty, regular security updates and a roadmap that fits the business.
System integration
Many companies still run on specialist systems from the 1990s — IBM's iSeries is the best-known example. Those systems are better than their reputation: combined with modern web technology, they can be evolved into contemporary platforms instead of being expensively replaced. Which path fits is clarified through an initial assessment — then come concrete proposals, tailored to your resources and requirements. Whether the challenge is communication, web presence, or process — or all of those at once: combined with the right web technology, your system gains functionality, value, and a future.
We'd love to hear from you.
Send us three sentences about your initiative. We'll come back within two working days with concrete questions and an honest assessment — even if we're not the right fit.
